We offer pre-written guided devotionals and courses designed to support spiritual growth across various themes and seasons.
Mailing List:
Our weekly mailing list provides spiritual content, encouragement, and notifications about new offerings.
All products are delivered digitally via email or PDF. No physical products are shipped.
3. Personalized Devotional Timelines & Expectations
Delivery Window: Personalized devotionals are typically completed within 2-3 weeks from the date we send you a "In Progress" confirmation email. For longer devotionals (21-30 days), completion may take longer. We appreciate your patience as we prayerfully craft your devotional.
Approximate Timeline: The 2-3 week timeframe is approximate. We cannot guarantee a specific completion date, though we make every effort to meet this timeline.
Your Responsibility: The quality and value of your personalized devotional depends partly on the completeness and accuracy of information you provide in your intake form. Please answer thoughtfully and thoroughly.
Communication: You will receive an email notification when your devotional goes "In Progress" and another when it's ready for delivery.
4. Guided Devotionals & Course Access
Guided devotionals and courses are delivered through our platform. If access is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to technical issues, you may contact us at info.intenntional@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the daily content as a document to continue your practice.
Personalized devotionals are sent directly to your email and are not affected by website downtime or technical issues.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content:
All content created by inTENNtional, including devotionals, writings, devotional frameworks, course materials, podcast episodes, blog posts, and all other materials on our website, is the exclusive intellectual property of inTENNtional and protected by copyright law.
Your License to Use:
When you purchase a personalized devotional, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use that devotional for your own spiritual growth and reflection. You may share your devotional with family members or close friends for personal, non-commercial use.
What You Cannot Do:

Podcast Episodes:
Podcast episodes may be shared freely for personal, non-commercial purposes (sharing with friends, family, or on personal social media). However, you may not republish, repackage, or monetize podcast content.
6. Payment and Billing
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through PayPal and Wix Payments. We do not store complete credit card information.
Billing Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and current. You authorize us to charge your payment method for any purchases you make.

Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge through your payment provider (chargebacks), we reserve the right to suspend your access to future services while we investigate the dispute.

All Sales Final:
Due to the custom, time-intensive, and prayerful nature of personalized devotionals, all purchases are final. No refunds or cancellations are accepted after your devotional has entered the "In Progress" status (marked by your "In Progress" email notification).
For Guided Devotionals/Courses:
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
Exceptions:
The only exception to our no-refund policy is if we fail to deliver your product due to our own technical error or if we are unable to complete your devotional despite reasonable effort. In such cases, please contact us at info.intenntional@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue occurring.
